I used to be one of those lucky people who could sleep anywhere at any time. Ever since I had a kiddo, sleep has been more elusive. I’ve been loving the Loona App to help me wind down in the evening. There are stories, sounds, music, and these delightful “escapes” where a scene is narrated and you have to interact with it as you go. I get so focused on the beautiful imagery and soothing music that my mind forgets to worry about all the things that keep me awake.
