Working with a creative agency is a different experience than, say, hiring a plumber to come fix your sink. Here are a few things to keep in mind as we move through your project together.
We welcome both positive feedback and constructive criticism. We don’t just want you to be satisfied with the outcome of this partnership. We want you to love it. So specific positive feedback and constructive criticism is most welcome.
We may push back. We want you to love your project, but you hired us for our expertise. If you make a suggestion for a change that, in our experience, will not lead to a successful website, you can expect us to push back (in the nicest, most well-meaning way possible.)
Deadlines are very important. Our clients deserve white glove treatment, so when we build your project timeline, we build it so that we can give you our full attention. That means a smoother, more expedited process for you where you have your deliverables when you need them. This is only possible, however, if we adhere to the timeline.
We will work hard to make sure you have deliverables at the predetermined times, but we need your help. When we send you something that needs your feedback or approval, we’d appreciate it if you made every effort to do so within your given timeline.
When we aren’t able to complete a project within the months assigned because of client delays, it may result in your project taking a backseat (depending on other project commitments), and may not hit its original completion date.
