What if I have an emergency?

When can I expect my updates to be completed?
For those on our Essentials Hosting Package, you can expect updates to be completed on Fridays each week. For those on our Premium and Complete Hosting Packages, updates will be completed on Tuesdays and Fridays each week.
What if I need my update completed sooner?
If you are wishing for faster web updates, we would ask that you consider upgrading your package to our Premium or Complete Tiers. Not only do these tiers provide you with faster response times from our team, but they also come with discounted hourly retainers. On either tier you will receive faster response times at a discounted hourly rate.
How can I check on the status of my update?
Feel free to email us at updates@ifcstudios.com if you have not received a response within the timeframes listed above. We will review each request as received – be in touch with additional questions if needed – and follow up with an email confirming your update is complete.
