In mid-2019 we began our partnership with Young Plumbing & Heating. Being a 100 year-old company with strong community ties has it’s advantages, one of those being a storied company history rich in tradition to pull from. Our first project was to tackle a complete website redesign, and while we wanted to highlight the wide breadth of services offered by Young Plumbing & Heating, we also wanted to tell their unique story. As we worked closely together, we understood that Young P&H is a company that prides itself on excellent customer service, high quality work, and a strong community-minded approach. We decided to best tell this story through staged photography sessions of Young P&H employees in their element, and aerial photography of well-known projects and community landmarks that Young P&H has delivered through the years.
After the website project wrapped, Young Plumbing & Heating came back to us asking if we could design a suite of graphic design templates to make their social media more engaging. After a conversation with Andrew Tink and his team, we designed five templates: General Spotlight, Testimonial, Feature/Benefit, Announcement/Tips, Project Progress. This would allow them to swap out photos and information while keeping the overall look consistent and on-brand.

In December of 2019 we launched a custom WordPress website for Young Plumbing & Heating. Our first priority was to deliver a professional and timeless design that would stand the test of time. We wanted the visitor to understand that Young Plumbing & Heating was, above all else, a professional and trustworthy company that prides itself on customer service. Through our use of imagery and content that focused on the company’s history and services, we built a website that delivered on that goal.
At IFC Studios our true passion lies in creating a website that tells the story of your business. Your story simply can’t be told through the “stock” photography that so many companies use today. To solve this problem we rely on our incredible Media Production team to produce custom “stock” photography for your business. In regards to the Young Plumbing & Heating project, our photography work truly stole the show. All told, we scheduled two half-day sessions of staged residential and commercial service calls, as well as a multi-day aerial photography project to capture aerial views of some of Young Plumbing & Heating’s previous projects.
